Phil Hardwick is a strategic planning facilitator, college instructor and author. He is owner of Hardwick & Associates LLC, a team that helps people and organizations reach their potential through goal setting and accountability. Phil Hardwick facilitates strategic planning retreats for chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations and corporate boards. He also serves as a moderator for community forums for several organizations. He is also passionate about school/community partnerships and speaks often on that subject.
