Reform Party candidate for Insurance Commissioner Johnny McLeod of Hattiesburg failed to show he met the required five-year residency to run. He did not attend the meeting but Reform Party leader Shawn O'Hara, a perennial candidate who is running for governor this year, argued he could prove McLeod met the requirement. The Board was not persuaded.
