May 26, 2015: Jackson Jambalaya: Judge declares convenience store a public nuisance
Today, a hearing took place in front of the Honorable Chancellor Denise Sweet-Owens regarding the request filed by the District Attorney of Hinds County and the Jackson's City Attorney's Office to declare 905 West Northside Drive convenience store a public nuisance, as well as the placement of a preliminary injunction against use of the property.
